Description
Two ruby-throated hummingbirds dance in air at the sight of each other. Divided only by the red glow of the cardinal flower, this is a favorite late summer flower that provides them with nectar to fatten up on for the Fall migration. Image was captured in morning light at Huntley Meadows wetland located in Fairfax County Virginia.
