Recently ran across this image in my archives and played with it in my computer darkroom of software goodies. Years ago I was learning how to use the Olympus 2020Z digital camera and its remote photo taking capability. I set up a single light source to shine on my face in a dark room and placed the camera on a tripod in front of me. I then used an IR remote to trip the shutter, photographing myself making faces. I was trying to use this dramatic lighting to create an image that conveyed a feeling of dark thoughts or having to drive in rush hour traffic in the Washington DC Metro area.
