The Center for Disease Control has recommended the use of cloth face masks to help fight the spread of COVID-19.
This face mask is made from 100% polyester and includes two ear loops with adjustable grommets for a comfortable fit.
The printed area of the mask is approximately 7" wide by 5" tall. This mask fits well on adult mens' faces without the grommets but, due to the adjustable grommets, can be worn snuggly by adult women, as well.
Please note - this is NOT a surgical grade mask. It is not intended for any medical or commercial uses, whatsoever. It is a simple, cloth mask designed for everyday use to cover your mouth when out in public. The mask should not be used in any medical or surgical setting.
We make no warranties that the mask prevents infections or the transmission of viruses or diseases.

This Black and White image was captured looking out from the maximum security cell block of the now closed Lorton Prison and into the light of the central courtyard. A lone figure stood at the open door creating a surreal, fleeting feeling of someone moving from the darkness of physical imprisonment into the light of freedom.

Welcome to Art Cole's Photography. As a photographer Art has a passion for photographing all types of subject matter, but gravitates towards Nature Photography. He has shot digitally since 2000 and enjoys taking advantage of this dynamic photographic medium and uses degrees in Commercial and Studio Art as a foundation for the images he captures. He also loves to take advantage of the many photographic opportunities that exist in the Washington DC Metro area in which he currently resides. Although he shoots a great deal in the DC area he will from time to time venture out of the region to discover and capture new dynamic images.

cool atmosphere - reminds of the ending of 'midnight express' (1978) - this was my 1st impression, even before reading the description!... :-o
Art Cole replied:
Thanks Drasko. I appreciate your observations and comments! This is a favorite image of mine that I have hanging in my home. The scene was not staged but rather just happened during a tour of the closed prison. It is an older image and it earned an equal merit award in a Lorton Arts Foundation Fine Art exhibit called " A New Palette For The Workhouse" in 2006.
