Description
Images captured from New Mexico photography trip have been blended together with the artist Georgia O'Keeffe in mind. In the blue based distance you can see a narrow mesa called the Cerro Pedernal, a favorite subject matter of this artist as well as New Mexico Desert Landscapes. The desert landscape in this composite was taken from the Matrimonial Mesa, located on the Ghost Ranch, a location where the artist lived for a time. The skull was photographed in Santa Fe New Mexico.Filters were applied to give the image a painterly impressionistic feel.
