Description
Went Van Gogh Rogue and applied an oil filter to a shot of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse taken at night. The lighthouse is in Buxton located in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and is part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore,. This coastal area was know as the graveyard of the Atlantic due to the many shipwrecks.
