Description
This Snowy Egret is a rare visitor to Huntley Meadows Park wetland in Fairfax County Virginia. Sometimes called a little white heron, this medium to small wading bird has yellow feet and is seen here snagging itself a tadpole from the wetland waters on a cloudy day.
