Description
A Red-winged Blackbird perched on a reed in the Huntley Meadows Park Wetland sings loudly announcing its presence. Chilly late March morning temperatures help create a curl of warm air that floats upward from the Blackbird as it exhales it's song. Huntley Meadows is located in Northern Virginia.
